I turned 25 years old last Monday (May 5) and I just want to thank everyone for all your greetings and well-wishes. Yay!
I spent my birthday at Niagara Falls with my girlfriend Cara. Below is the first of a series of videos we took while we were there (we took lots of videos!). I’ll be posting the rest, bit by bit, in the coming days as soon as I put them together and upload them on Youtube.
PART 1: CLIFTON HILL
We spent the first hour of our adventure at Clifton Hill - the major tourist promenade in Niagara Falls. The street contains a number of gift shops, wax museums, haunted houses, restaurants, hotels and themed attractions. For visitors, particularly families and teenagers, it is a major amusement area and centre for night life.
- It was a bit windy that day so there’s parts in the video when all you hear are lots of "whooshes" and "whishes".
- The shots we took at Clifton Hill 1:46 into the video were actually taken about 30 minutes before my opening message at the Falls. I just did a little bit of editing on that one.
- And, yes, that’s was a pizza with birthday candles on it. Cara came up with that one. Hehe. ^_^
Here’s Cara at a souvenir shop. She probably had more fun while we were there than I did. Hehe. ^_^
