After an afternoon of fun with Cara, it was time for us to go home. As a special treat for all of you, I decided to take my video camera with us.

Billy Vela sent me an e-mail from South Korea. Below is his unedited e-mail in its entirety.

Thanks for the e-mail Billy. We will be waiting for your video. Send my regards to all the Pinoys in the AFC.
I’m currently looking for Filipino Video Correspondents for the site. A lot of the readers are asking for more Pinoy-themed entries and I thought it would be great if you could give your own video tidbits about Pinoy life.
Basically, you would create short "docu-features" on Filipinos and/or being Filipino . It will be placed on my Friendster blog for everyone to see.
Topics may include people you know, popular Filipino hangouts in your area, even events Filipinos organize. There are no restrictions on what you could talk about, provided it’s Pinoy-related. Just keep in mind that the people who will see your video will range from 16-60 years old. If you want to feature places or events, it would be great if you actually go there and record on location.
You may use Tagalog, English, or a combination of both. Length should be between 2-10 minutes. I’ll leave it up to you.
Although I give you creative freedom in the video you will make, I only ask that you go on camera and say the following words as the introduction for your video:
"This is [your name] and I’m a video correspondent for The Mind: My Own Personal Idea Factory."
You may upload your videos on any video-hosting site, but I prefer you do it on YouTube since almost all of my videoblogs are there. It will also be easier for me to organize and keep track of your submissions. My YouTube username is jjsilver83. You may add me if you wish.
Once you have uploaded your video, please send the link to johnnythemind@hotmail.com. Give a brief explanation of your video and tell me a little bit about yourself. Please include your Friendster e-mail address so I can create a link to your profile.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THIS.
This is a volunteer project. I am asking for
you to join so we can, even in a
small way, help bring Filipinos around
the world closer together through my
blog and through your
videos.
Thank you for your support and I hope to see your submissions very soon.
