I’m back!
What a week!
I finally got the chance to sit down and spend some time on the blog. For the avid readers/visitors of THE MIND I apologize for the lack of updates these past few days.
As some of you already know, I work as a "gelatieri" (Italian ice cream maker) for one of Toronto’s premier summer hotspots (check my profile and see my pictures). Business is starting to pick up again and I’ve been working overtime for the last few days. To be perfectly frank, I was just too tired to update.
Now that I got my much-deserved rest, I’m happy to announce that I’m back to my blogging ways!
